WHERE IT CAME FROM

Built from a campaign that actually worked.

I didn't build the IMPACT Framework in a classroom. I built it while running an advocacy campaign on TikTok, trying to expose under-regulated institutions in the troubled teen industry and get the right people to pay attention.

The content was working. Views were climbing. But I needed it to do more than just reach people. I needed it to move them. To have different conversations at home. To share testimonies. To make the problem impossible to ignore for the people who had the power to fix it.

So I reverse-engineered what was actually driving action, stripped it down to the essential components, and built a model I could replicate. The platform grew to 200,000 followers. I lobbied alongside Paris Hilton for the Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act, and the bill moved through Congress. Programs shut down.

That model is the IMPACT Framework.
