Information collected automatically — Like most websites, this site collects basic technical data when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is collected through Google Analytics.

Email communications — If you email us directly or sign up to receive writing from NYLEAR, your email address is stored and used only to communicate with you. You can opt out at any time.

What we don't collect

Payment or financial information (all billing is handled through third-party processors), sensitive personal data, or data from children under 13.

How we use your information

To respond to inquiries and schedule conversations. To fulfill services if we enter into a working engagement. To send writing or updates you've opted into. To understand how the website is being used so I can improve it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.

Third-party tools
